Foster Parent Appreciation Dinner

In celebration of National Foster Parent Month, Adoption Alliance hosted a dinner to honor all of our wonderful foster parents on Thursday, May 11, 2006. 

Our families enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner, hosted by our staff caseworkers.  Our "Foster Parent of the Year" award went to Ayanna Griffin, who has excelled in the care she has provided to many foster children over the years.  Ayanna is truly an advocate for children!  She was presented with a beautiful plaque and two gift certificates by Kristen Strnad.  All the foster parents received a potted flower and a pin for their

service.

Our special thanks go to Lauri Harrison and Maggiano's for donating gift certificates and the Colorado American Marketing Association for donating the flowers. 

Adoption Alliance extends its deep gratitude to all our foster parents for their ongoing commitment to provide a safe and loving home for our foster children.
